STEP ONE: Prep

File your nails into desired shape and clean thoroughly to rid nails of any grease or dust that will prevent professional results.

If needed buff top layers of nail to reduce ridges.

Apply base coat to stop nails staining from coloured polish, and to give longer lasting results.

STEP TWO: Orange Coats

Apply the orange varnish to all nails. A second coat may be needed if the polish is not very opaque.

*Helpful Hint*

Do not worry about any polish that gets onto nails It's really easy to get that off with a q-tip / cotton bud dipped in polish remover, or wait till nails are completely dry and scrub around your nails with a nail brush.

STEP THREE: Black Crackle Polish

Apply black crackle polish over your dry orange nails.Apply on all nails(Thickly for maximum flakiness and an unkempt look.)

It dries matte and has a tendency to flake, but no Halloween outfit should have pretty nails!

The tip for a good crackle polish application is not to layer

the product and go swiftly as it dries rather fast.

STEP FOUR: Final Top Coat

Once that's all completely dry finish with final layer of a top coat if you want a more defined look.
If you want to look less 'looked-after', leave as is.

Use a Q-tip or / cotton bud dipped in polish remover to remove and smudges around your nails.

Taa-Daa!

Shown above without a top coat.(Applied thickly, very flaky, and a great contrast between the matt crackle and shiny base coat.)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!
